Biography
Brahmananda Pramanik received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and accepted an Assistant Professor position at Montana Tech in 2014. He was a member of the University of Mississippi Composite Structure and Nano-engineering Research group supported by the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and Army Research Office (ARO). At Montana Tech, He is collaborating with the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) on investigating the dynamic mechanical phenomena of additively manufactured metal components. He is developing the Impact Technology Research Laboratory within the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Montana Technological University. He has over ten years of industrial experience in designing machine-components for an ordnance factory in India, creating a ship-hull design, inspection, and maintenance database for the American Bureau of Shipping and processing-characterizing composite materials at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. He is an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS), Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR), and the National Energetic Materials Consortium (NEMC). He actively holds a Professional Engineering License (MT/60613) in the field of Mechanical Engineering with Machine Design and Materials specializations.

Biography
Dr. Iman Radi is currently working as an associate professor in the Prosthodontic department, faculty of oral and dental medicine, cairo university, Egypt. She received her PhD and Master Degree from the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, Egypt. She is a Coordinator of PhD Program Prosthodontics and Course Director of Systematic Review for Master Program at Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, Cairo University. Iman Radi is a Member of the Evidence Based Dentistry Center and The Infection Control Committee at Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, Cairo University. She is an Active member in committee such as Rubrics and Evidence based dentistry. She has attended many scientific workshops.

Biography
Andrew has a strong focus on the performance of materials, technology and innovation, he has held a range of leadership positions in various sectors including; education, aerospace, manufacturing, defence, oil and gas. An extensive applied research and innovation track record both in academia and industry affords credibility in both contexts. Experienced in engineering and general management, research leadership, product development, software and the introduction of new technologies. Dr Andrew holds the position of Senior Lecturer (Associate Prof) within the School of Engineering and Materials Science at Queen Mary University of London. Andrew Also run MTIS a consulting company focusing on Materials Engineering. Before joining QMUL Dr Andrew lead the Materials, Metallurgy, Corrosion, Integrity and Failure Investigation teams for Wood PLC across Asia. Wood is one of the largest engineering service companies in the world and an integral part of the energy sector. Prior to joining Wood PLC he held posts of Head of the Department of Mechanical, Materials and Engineering, Director of Studies and Associate Professor for the University of Nottingham. During his time with the University Dr Andrew helped build the Universities Malaysian Campus and develop its overseas teaching operations. He has also held posts of Senior Research Engineering with A-Star in Singapore, Senior Materials Scientist for Lockheed Martin in the UK as well as several other academic positions with leading universities. His teaching and research interests focus on the Performance of Materials, Materials Selection, Corrosion, and Failure investigation. Dr Spowage also has an active educational research portfolio and his interests extend to University Industry Collaborations, Project & Engineering Management and the development of transnational education. Dr Spowage holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE), is a Chartered Engineer, (CEng) a Chartered Scientist (CEng) and a fellow of IOM3, IMM and HEA.
