Biography

Xiaoliang Wei is a staff scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in the United States. His research experience includes electrochemical energy conversion and storage, dielectric energy storage, and surface morphology studies of self-assembled monolayers. The current focus of his work is to develop novel component materials for various aqueous and non-aqueous redox flow batteries. Dr. Wei has authored and co-authored more than 30 journal publications, 6 patent applications, and 1 book chapter. Dr. Wei received his PhD degree in chemistry from Brown University in 2009, and his BS degree in materials science & engineering from University of Science and Technology of China in 2003.
